PAVLOVA specializes in world-famous pavlova cakes and brings top-class quality cakes and desserts to the Baltics in the location of Vilnius, Ogmios miestas.

PAVLOVA cafe is a dessert bakery  having a strong passion for balance in life and taste which always guarantees perfection.

PAVLOVA cafes serve 10 different types of pavlova  cakes which are all made according to the traditional recipe: soft soufflé base with crispy crust is decorated with whipped cream and juicy berries on top.

It is unique that pavlova cakes can be baked and made on seasonal berries. That brings novelty and desire to experiment with flavours.  We use only natural, fresh products and berries to make these wonderful desserts. The desserts themselves are baked on site and made upon order in front of the customer. Only natural 35% fat sugar-free cream is used. The result is a delicate and harmonious balance of the sweetness, freshness and the textures of the ingredients.

The cake-dessert is low-calorie and very healthy, suitable for everyone who cares about their weight and health.

The cafe organizes "Cafe Studio" confectionery events, during which you can create your own pavlova dessert, learn more about the desserts and have fun! This is a great idea for birthdays, family reunions and other gatherings. 

Every weekend from 15:00 to 18:00 you can enjoy the English Afternoon tea served with sandwiches and/or dessert.

Tea lovers will find a large selection of premium tea served exclusively in a teapots.
